Action (IPC) comic issues
Action was a British 1970's comic famous for being so violent that it got banned (removed from sale due to pressure from the press). It then came back again watered down. Created by Pat Mills and John Wagner of 2000AD fame.
It's split into pre-ban issues (36) which are very collectable and post-ban issues (50) which are less so. Then got merged into Battle Picture Weekly. There is also a seriously rare 37 issue, where the entire batch got pulped with a few issues remaining.

Price guide notes
Normal issues around £3-4 each for post ban issues, and around £5-10 each for pre-ban normal issues. Issue #1 £25-75 without free gift and £100-300 with free gift.
